Shipping

All orders placed before 1pm EST on a business day will be shipped the same day. All orders placed after 1pm EST or on a non-business day will be shipped the next business day. We ship using first class packages by USPS, and we typically see shipping times ranging from 2-4 business days.

 NOTE: During holiday season, expect a 1 day delay on order shipments

Jolly Cords offers a 30 day money back guarantee. If your cord wasn't everything you had hoped it would be, send us an email at returns@jollycords.com. We are more than happy to give you an exchange or refund (but we're pretty sure you're going to love your gear!)
